Digital Marketing Specialist

You will join our growing Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and managing the product story across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with an aptitude for understanding audiences across various channels while managing brand awareness and measuring impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule placement of content and deploy them across digital media platforms

  • Own all social media accounts—creating a calendar of posts/content, engaging with our online communities, and using them to fuel activity

  • Own email campaigns—creating sales sequences and templates, monitoring email statistics, creating auto-responders, and nurture streams

  • Monitor impact and return on marketing investment of digital marketing campaigns

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media and B2B marketing trends

  • Work closely with senior management to develop a strategy for integrated campaigns

  • Generate new business leads and new contacts

  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales and product teams

  • Create ads and layout content


     

     

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, channel management, or similar

  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, and Google Ads

  • Solid knowledge of creation tools (Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma, etc)

  • Knowledge of web design and content management systems

  • Deep understanding of paid social media platforms for B2B marketing

  • Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Successful track record of working in a fast-paced start-up environment and navigating large enterprise customer accounts

  • Bonus if you have:

    • Advanced Hubspot experience or certifications

    • Experience with AI technologies and value propositions (Fintech experience a plus)

    • Experience working with or marketing for Microsoft Technologies

    • Marketing campaign samples or a portfolio of work
