Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision and specific instruction of the Director of Engineering:
- Design, develop, and test software components and functions using C# .NET.
- Implement advanced features by integrating AI and machine learning services.
- Incorporate MS Azure cloud services into applications.
- Integrate with internal and external APIs and data sources.
- Develop logic for interacting with Salesforce.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions, including visualizing system states and configuring alerts using Datadog and related tools.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams to understand and address their needs.
- Continuously optimize software for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate on behalf of the company in technical and customer support discussions with customers using our product.

Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, in a alternative, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 60 months of experience
